About Ishmeet

I am a International Yoga instructor.I am a state level yoga champion. I've been practicing yoga for 19+ years. I am YCB level 3 Yoga Teacher and Evaluator. I did my Yoga Instructor course from S-vyasa, Bangalore in 2018 And Also did my Graduation in Bsc. Yoga and MSc. Yoga. I am willing to teach Yoga , a healthy lifestyle with meditation, pranayama, asana.
