About Arpita

I come from a very spiritual family, I have always been connected to yoga through my parents as far as I can remember. From chanting mantras to doing tartak meditations to experiencing each and every Asana as a meditation practice I’ve come a long way! I have changed my life my mindset and my physical body issues through yoga and would love to share my mat with loads of experience with my students.

About the lesson

I concentrate more in creating a balanced practice that combines the physical benefits of yoga asanas with the transformative power of pranayama techniques. With a strong emphasis on breath awareness I guide my students well to synchronise their movements with breadth.
