About Stuart
I am a classically trained singer, but trained as a classical guitarist during my school education. I obtained my Grade 7 with distinction from the ABRSM. Whilst living in London, I have been teaching guitar to pupils between the ages of seven and thirteen mainly, plus working with some adults who are more advanced.

About the lesson

Languages in which the lesson is available :

Classical technique - I will encourage my pupils to use the four fingers on the right hand to play individually plucked strings rather than just strumming. This will allow the pupils eventually to play melodies whilst accompanying themselves.
Musical notation - I will encourage my pupils to learn how to read musical notation. This will allow them to eventually pick up new songs and practise them on their own without any assistance.
