About Lucia

Hi I'm Lu, a certified yoga teacher and energy healer. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, and with others, from a place of presence and wholeness.

My path here wasn't a straight line, years of inner work, movement, and holistic study led me to my real purpose: helping people come home to their bodies in a safe & composite way and live with more presence.

As a Yogui and Therapist I've learned that our physical body is the portal to the spiritual body, that's why my classes go beyond the physical practice. I weave in energy-healing tools like Reiki, emotional biodecoding and Akashic records, helping you release tension, understand what your body is telling you, and build a healthier relationship with yourself.

If you've never practiced yoga before, or you tried once and felt lost, you're exactly who I love teaching, no experience needed, just an open heart and mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.

About the lesson

My lessons are more than just a Yoga session; they're a heartfelt invitation to reconnect with yourself and embrace the present moment. Customized to meet your individual needs, my lessons provide a warm, judgment-free, and nurturing space. I wholeheartedly believe that Yoga is a practice for everyone, and my joy is guiding you to realize this truth for yourself. Our time together will commence with gentle movements, awakening your body, followed by Asanas to sculpt and enhance flexibility. I love blending Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, wrapping up with meditation and relaxation to absorb the benefits of the Yoga practice. Pranayama is woven in at the beginning or the end, enhancing the holistic experience.
