About Kimberly
I have been teaching high school for 25 years and have raised 7 children. I continue to expand my own knowledge through ongoing classes as well as to be current in our ever-changing world. I am experienced in the standards, NGSS and Marzano strategies. In addition, I am certified to work with IEP’s and 504’s if needed.

I take the time to get to know the student, the modalities that they learn best through and create a teaching plan for the student to be successful. My lessons start with a discussion, visuals with explanations, practice with checking work in progress and follow up supports. In addition I teach the students organization and tools to support their own learning.
