With 8 years of professional experience in the health and wellness field, I help individuals of all backgrounds regardless of any limitations. I teach basic exercise, weightlifting, yoga, and Ayurvedic nutrition. All in the comfort of your home ! I have a deep and profound connection with mind, body & spirit. They are all connected. If you are interested in improving your health in every aspect, I can, and would love to help you. If you're in pain, whether physically or mentally, I can help. Or maybe, you just want to improve your health, I can help! Let me be your guide to a path of peace and overall wellness. My teaching style varies according to each student, I cater to your needs and not mine. What you need and desire most, is what's important to me. Whether it’s to lose weight and be more confident or to possibly gain muscle and learn more. I am here to offer myself whole heartedly. What’s more rewarding to me is to help, that is my only intention. First introductory session is free !
