About Sushma
To break the hustle and bustle of my daily life cycle, I turned to yoga and experienced a remarkable transformation, both physically and mentally. This sparked a passion to dig into yoga's philosophy, tradition and method. My goal is to share my knowledge empowering others to adopt a more mindful, balanced, healthy lifestyle.

My class is a combination of physical postures (asanas) breathing techniques (pranayama) guided relaxation or meditation. My class is perfect for beginners and intermediate level. We try hatha yoga, yin yoga, gentle stretches that focus on slow, controlled movements, deep breathing so you can achieve deeper relaxation, stress relief and mindfulness.
