About Stefanie
I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, which is the highest international standard for yoga teachers. I have over 100 hours teaching experience and teaching yoga is my passion.
I started doing yoga many years back, but besides trying to demystify the poses, I realised that the biggest benefit for me was the positive impact on my mind and emotions. The physical benefit was the cherry on the cake.
I invite you to give yoga a try, and maybe your perspective will change (on yoga, and more).

I offer one to one, personalised lessons taking into account your level of proficiency, any injuries or concerns you have, and I tailor each lesson to your specific needs.
I believe in feeling safe and comfortable, and this is the environment I strive to give each student.
I will teach you the amazing benefits of just being able to breathe, taking the time to listen to your body and doing something wonderful for yourself - while at the same time getting the heart pumping leaving you with the 'yoga glow'.
