About Giovanni
My name is Giovanni and I am an internationally experienced Yoga Teacher, certified Sound Healing Therapist and professional jazz musician. I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sri Sri School of Yoga, a Yoga Alliance registered school certified under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
I am also certified in Sound Therapy by Harmonic Sounds – International Association of Sound Therapy in Spain, and for more than 14 years I have worked internationally offering individual sessions, group experiences, conferences, workshops and retreats focused on therapeutic sound, meditation, relaxation and inner balance.
My professional artistic background as a composer and Latin Grammy-winning musician allows me to bring a unique, creative and deeply immersive approach to every session, integrating breath, movement, mindfulness and sound-based practices.
I work with students from different cultures and experience levels, creating a calm, supportive and personalized environment where each person can reconnect with body, breath and mind at their own pace.
Lessons and sessions are available online in English, Spanish and Italian.

My approach combines Yoga, conscious breathing, meditation and therapeutic sound to create deeply relaxing and transformative experiences adapted to each student’s needs and level.
I am a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher trained at Sri Sri School of Yoga, a Yoga Alliance registered school certified under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. In addition to Yoga, I have more than 14 years of international experience in Sound Healing and I am also a professional musician and composer, Latin Grammy winner.
My classes are designed to help students improve physical flexibility, breathing awareness, relaxation, concentration and nervous system balance through mindful movement and sound-based practices.
A typical session may include:
Gentle or dynamic yoga postures
Breathwork and pranayama techniques
Deep relaxation
Meditation
Sound healing elements and therapeutic frequencies
Mind-body awareness practices
Each lesson is personalized according to the student’s goals, whether they are looking for stress relief, emotional balance, flexibility, mindfulness, inner calm or a deeper spiritual connection.
What makes my teaching unique is the integration of professional sound therapy, live musical sensitivity and years of experience guiding people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Lessons are available in English, Spanish and Italian and are open to beginners, intermediate and advanced students worldwide.
