4th year Medical Student at KCL with tutoring experience !

I have known Laura for ten years as a pupil at Alleyn’s school.

As Housemaster of Brown’s House and as her Duke of Edinburgh Award Co-ordiantor I got to know her particularly well. Even amongst her well behaved and amiable peers, from the outset Laura stood out as a friendly, considerate, gregarious and personable young woman always eager to please and ready to help fellow pupils less able or experienced than herself.

Laura is an outstanding, well-organised and talented student, involving herself fully in every aspect of school life. At all times her behaviour is exemplary and she is perceived as a level headed, trustworthy individual who behaves with calmness and equanimity whatever the circumstances. She is always eager to help in any capacity, often volunteering assistance rather than waiting to be asked. Laura can be relied upon to do any task well, frequently using her initiative to deliver over and above the original brief.

Laura is hugely popular amongst staff and fellow pupils alike. She stands head and shoulders above her peers in terms of his positive temperament, composure and enthusiasm. For Staff she epitomises the ‘ideal pupil’; for her peers she is an inspirational role model and a good friend. Laura is, by any measure, someone of absolute integrity who could be relied upon to set an excellent example to her contemporaries, not least by her good nature and composure. I feel very lucky to know Laura, and to have her in my House and I know that she will do a superb job with you, and that you will also be immensely proud of her, as we all were here at Alleyn’s.
