About

My background is in traditional hatha vinyasa yoga where breath and alignment are integral to one's practice. I strive to challenge students both physically and mentally to develop greater strength, flexibility, grit, discipline, calmness, and ease. Private classes would be designed for your personal goals and abilities.

I hold experience teaching many kinds of yoga classes (e.g., restorative, yin, power, with a sound bath, mantra, guided relaxation, pranayama, meditation) and would tailor sequences to fit your wants and needs. I have taught students of all levels with differing needs and goals and am confident that I can guide you to reaching your goals!
