About Florea
Hi, I’m Mariana, a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher with experience guiding group classes in studios, community settings like park gatherings, and workplace sessions.
My approach balances movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), staying close to the essence of yoga as a tool for well-being, self-awareness, and spiritual growth.
Each class is an invitation to reconnect — and I’m happy to adapt the practice to your needs, whether you're just starting or deepening your journey.
