About Anna
I have been practicing yoga since I was about 17, I immediately knew that it was what I wanted to do in life. I wanted to transmit and share a practice that for me was a real SALVATION. I have always worked in the family gym, I like my job and I am very determined in what I do, I always try to give my best, for myself and for others.

I love very energetic and dynamic practices, in fact I have chosen to teach vinyasa yoga. I find benefit both physically and mentally, concentrating on the coordination of breath and movement. I do this job with a lot of passion and love but above all with dedication.
