About Madison
Madi is a master Reiki practitioner, dedicated yoga teacher, and sound healer based in CA and WA. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a tool for deep self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. With over a decade of experience on her spiritual path, she creates a safe and nurturing space for students to explore movement, breath, and energy. Madi's approach blends Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin & Sculpt, offering practices that meet students where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She believes in honoring each individual's unique journey, guiding them toward a deeper connection with themselves. Through mindful and trauma informed sequencing, energy awareness, and intentional movement, her classes cultivate strength, release tension, and restore balance to mind, body, and soul.

One of my greatest beliefs is that yoga is for everyBODY. Regardless of size, shape, or color, yoga is for you. My teaching style reflects this. I consistently show up filled with compassion, patience, body awareness, and a sense of playfulness. My classes incorporate Vinyasa and Reiki with a focus of getting students to be present by connecting with their breath in order to become aware of their bodies. My students are able to flow in a way that helps them uncover their own strength, grace, healing abilities, and infinite potential. Moving out of your comfort zone to accomplish these things is not easy, so I’m proud of all of my experienced yogis, energy receivers, and those who are just starting out on their spiritual journeys.
