About Cécilia Sukhada

I have been practicing yoga for years, I first started in Japan in a Vinyasa yoga studio where I took classes for 6 months, then I attended Hot Yoga classes (Power Yoga, Pilates, Hatha, Vinyasa) for a year and a half in another studio in Osaka. After that I alternated between a personal yoga practice and drop-in lessons in Grenoble (Open Yoga and Happy Shala) then I attended Yinyasa lessons at Happy Shala for 1 year. I just completed my 200h multi-style YTT (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin) following Atmarekha's teaching in Mallorca. I now wish to convey the joy of yoga to everyone.

About the lesson

I teach according to the student, which is why I want to do a first free course during which you will explain everything about your personal practice and your goals. It is also possible to vary the styles if you want a dynamic practice or a gentle practice. The important thing is for me to adapt to you :)

Super prof de yoga! Toujours souriante et joyeuse, elle met tout de suite à l’aise. Elle est très à l’écoute et attentive à ses élèves. J’ai l’habitude d’assister à des cours collectifs avec elle, et je ne me sens pas à part. Elle prend soin d’ajuster tout le monde et s’adapter à ses élèves. Je la recommande à 1000%.
