I started giving volunteer based group lessons during my travels after years of practice. Also passionate about dance I was also a beginner level Pole Dance classes & Flexibility classes substitute and assistant in London before moving back to France.

Yoga has been part of my life for many years and has allowed me to feel at home inside my body and I am looking to share that feeling of well-being around me.
I seek to help people relax and reconnect with their bodies through the teaching of the different postures and breathing methods, while adapting according to the needs, expectations and physical condition of each student. I am a certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance 200H Hatha / Vinyasa.
Classes are the choice 1h or 1h30 and can be targeting a particular need (relaxation, energizing, back flexibility ...) and can be individual or in a small group.
Rates for 1h to 1h30 per session:
Individual Course - 35 €
2 People - 20 € per person
More than 2 - 15 € per person
