About Molly
I’m Molly, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), and Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for making wellness approachable and meaningful. I love blending movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to help busy people and families feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced in their everyday lives.

My approach to teaching yoga blends mindful movement with practical wellness, creating space for both strength and restoration. I focus on making yoga accessible and meaningful—whether that’s guiding new moms in rebuilding their core, helping busy parents find calm in the chaos, or leading energizing flows that bring balance to the body and mind. My classes are rooted in alignment, breath, and awareness, but also in the belief that yoga should feel supportive, enjoyable, and doable in real life. More than just poses, my teaching encourages students to carry the lessons of the mat—presence, resilience, and grace—into everyday living.
