I am a 200 hours international yoga teacher and I am originally from Bhutan. I graduated from Ekam yogashala, Rishikesh, India. I am a passionate yoga teacher & I teach hatha & vinyasa yoga to beginner & intermediate levels, including pranayama (breathing technique) & meditation & cleansing technique.
