About Micol
I am an accredited Yoga teacher (200-hours), a fitness and mindfulness coach and an athlete. I offer Yoga classes in Vinyasa Flow, relaxation and stretching with particular attention to incorrect postures and imbalances, guaranteeing the client the achievement of an optimal functional state.

My classes are based on the client's needs: they can be vigorous in a Vinyasa Flow or gentle as in Gentle Yoga (I have a specialization), suitable for seniors with medical problems (Yoga on the chair) and postural stretching. I also offer mindfulness and life coaching assistance if required. Absolute discretion.

Ottime conversazioni. Con Micol si puo' parlare di tutto in un inglese perfetto (Canadese, infatti). Corregge con modo e i feedback sono sempre molto utili. E' stata anche attenta alle mie esigenze e cambi di orario; molto flessibile in prenotazioni all'ultimo minuto. Consigliata!
Precisa e puntuale, le lezioni non sono mai noiose, cambiano continuamente! E' sempre stata disponibile e ha creato lezioni in base alle mie richieste.
