About Mary-Jean

Kia ora, My name is Mary-Jean, I’m based in Queensland, Australia but originally from New Zealand. My teachings are Hatha & Pranayama based leading to meditation to cultivate presence in a spiritual practice. Yoga has helped me in so many ways to regulate my nervous system, connect to my body & create mindful habits to tame my monkey mind. I want to share this with everyone :)

About the lesson

After completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, my teaching is heart-centered and rooted in cultivating presence, compassion, and harmony through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. I create classes that offer a safe, nurturing space for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
