I am extremely passionate about yoga and wellbeing, and want to share this passion with the world, and you! Yoga benefits the mind just as much as it benefits the body, and I want to teach you how you can incorporate small changes into your everyday routine to calm your mind and your body. Specialising in teaching thought provoking yoga flows centering around a certain theme and breath work. Believe that breath work is central to a beautiful yoga flow and begin each class with at least 5 minutes of mindfulness and pranayama. Lessons between 50-60 minutes long. Currently teaching yoga readying peoples bodies for icebaths. Suitable for all ages!
