I enjoy helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through yoga. My goal is to create a positive and comfortable space where students can learn, grow, and enjoy their yoga journey at their own pace.

My classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and inner calm through yoga. I create a comfortable and positive environment where students can learn at their own pace without pressure. Along with asanas, I also guide students on breathing techniques, posture alignment and relaxation so they can feel healthier both physically and mentally.
