Hello this is Meghana... studying in 12th std in Christ Junior college, bangalore!
I really loved doing yoga since i was 10 yrs old. It helps me keep my body and mind relaxed and my gut happy.
I feel refreshed when i do yoga. So I'll make sure its fun learning yoga through me!...the spiritual and mindful connection you get through yoga cant be emphasized enough!
The classes are for beginner level.
