About Tanu

I am a passionate Zumba instructor who loves fitness, dance, and helping others stay healthy. I want to share my knowledge to motivate students, improve their fitness and confidence, and make exercise enjoyable, energetic, safe, and accessible for everyone while creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all.

I use step-by-step demonstrations, mirror teaching, rhythm and beat training, simple choreography, repetition, visual and verbal cues, and low- or high-impact movements. I also adapt exercises according to students’ fitness levels and focus on safety, coordination, motivation, and enjoyment.
