About Me & Why I Teach
I am an enthusiastic and fitness-conscious learner who enjoys Zumba, skipping, and staying physically active. I’m sharing my knowledge because I believe fitness should be simple, enjoyable, and accessible—not something that feels difficult or intimidating.
My aim is to help beginners build confidence, improve coordination and stamina, and make regular physical activity a fun part of their daily routine. I offer friendly, convenient sessions where learners can practice comfortably from home and progress at their own pace.
