About Josefina
Eight years of classical ballet training taught me about my body, posture, and the value of flexibility. Today, I combine that discipline with the energy and rhythm of Zumba to offer a space for women and the care of their health.

I offer three exclusive virtual classes for women: Zumba only to energize you, stretching only to improve your flexibility, or a combined class with both disciplines. My technique is based on my eight years of ballet training. This allows me to guide you step by step, always paying attention to your posture and movements to prevent injuries, regardless of your experience level. We work with great patience in a relaxed environment adapted to your own pace. It's the ideal space to disconnect from your routine and reconnect with your body!
