About Monrique
I started practicing yoga over ten years ago and have fallen in love with the practice. My time studying in India has shifted my perspective to one of healing not only the physcal body, but the mind as well. I am a traveller and artist and I love using my diverse experience to inspire creative flows. I am very open-minded and I enjoy connecting with my students on a personal level. I aim at customising my classes to accomodate students of all levels. My dream is to unite people from all walks of life through the magic of yoga.

I am a strong advocate for personalised practice! My methodology aims at finding what works for each individual and building on self-improvement rather than fitting into a rigid shape. Students can expect a well-rounded class with targeted , personalised goals. My lessons are aimed at begginners, eager to start buiding their practice, as well as at intermediatde yogis ready to take their practice to the next level.
