About Tilman
I am currently completing my Masters in Sports Science. During my studies, I have worked with all kinds of athletes in several fitness studios. This also included internships at Werder Bremen, FC Magdeburg and CrossFit in the USA. I am a nutrition coach certified by Precision Nutrition (Level 1) and I am also certified in medical training therapy so that I know what to do in the event of injuries.

This is meant to be a learning experience that, ideally, you will carry on for the rest of your life!
