Felicia used to teach me how to speak Mandarin when I was back in University.

She used a very hands-on approached and tailored my learning experience to what suited me which really helped. She caught on that I did better when we spoke about things I was interested in rather than the syllabus and from that she would incorporate what I basically had to learn into an everyday conversation.
