About Nastasha
I’m a personal trainer and bodybuilding competitor who’s taken home a trophy, so I know what it takes to push limits and achieve goals. I love helping people of all levels get stronger, leaner, and more confident with workouts that fit their lifestyle. My sessions are fun, motivating, and designed to get results—because fitness should feel amazing, not impossible! I will warn you before starting—I am a tough coach. I have to be so that you can finally achieve the body that you want!
