First thing i do, Is to garatee that to my learners that our classroom is a safe investment for teaching and learning. I always emphasize that I'm not just a teacher but also a learner, because I also learn from them. I also use caps to guide me with my lesson and I have to lesson plans that I use to plan my lesson so to know what to teach.
