Hybrid, or blended style, follows an integrated approach to teaching that blends the teacher’s personality and interests with students’ needs and curriculum-appropriate methods.
Pros: Inclusive!And it enables teachers to tailor their styles to student needs and appropriate subject matter such as english.
The one- on- one method is also extremely effective .
Pros: Helps student especially the ones that are shy to speak up and interact with the lesson ,it also helps them to learn more
efficiently because they are more comfortable
