I'm Aluzant Munnik,a father of to and have a passionever since ,Iwas introduced to the game rugby and the it all started for me,played a little bit professional rugby for the Kimberly side Griquas,and then for the eastern province rugby and end my career at Nelson Mandela University with a major injury cutting my career short

About the lesson

First things first will start with the discipline on time for practice,and team spirit to get the boys and girls in a team environment because there's no beter bond thena team sport and building long friendships for when the girls and boys are ready to hit the ground running
