I am a biomedical engineering student, I have 10 years of professional basketball player / coaching and 3 years of professional swimming / coaching, 3 years of experience as a fitness trainer / individual coaching & mentoring. In order to support you mentally and physically, I would like to experience individual coaching and to be stronger together and achieve success.If you need the right information and pump up, we have a step to take innovation together :)

I prefer to do my lessons online as much as possible, with a camera, on a video chat platform that we can determine together in a controlled manner to avoid injury. My classes are suitable for those who want physical therapy after trauma, injury, who want to maintain weight control (ingredients that can be enriched with diet recipes), anyone who wants to gain flexibility and strength.
