About Suki
안녕하세요! My name is Sookkyung Sung (성숙 경).
I was born in Daejeon and came to Germany in 1995 after studying German. I am currently working in the healthcare sector and also work as an interpreter.
I have a certificate for Korean as a Foreign Language since 2004. I also have tutoring experience in Korean and German and have taught all age groups.
I lived abroad for a while and had the opportunity to get to know different languages and cultures. This also enabled me to teach Korean and talk about our culture.
If you like K-Pop and enjoy listening to Korean music, we can translate the lyrics and find out the meanings behind them.
I hope I was able to spark your interest.

For me it is very important that we respond to your interests, goals and wishes and make the hour together as exciting as possible. If you like to watch K-Dramas we can e.g. B practice the idioms or words and sentences that are often used in everyday life.
Therefore, you are welcome to let me know at any time if you have desired topics.
Since I already have tutoring experience, I have textbooks for beginners in Korean.
So we can start lessons with that if you like.
