About Arti
In my nine years of teaching yoga, I have taken various workshops on "Yoga and Ayurveda Wisdom", "The Importance of Pelvic Health for Women", Breathwork, etc.
Taught 200 hrs. Teacher Training Course. Collaborated with many wellness coaches in Shanghai, such as "seeds of change" and "Green Initiative". I have worked with TEDx coaches and promoted yoga for public speakers, influencers, and leaders.
