About Chaila

I grew up dancing and rolling around on the floor in different yoga positions to give my body what it needed. I studied music business and marketing, with a passion for health, science, music and the arts, yoga intertwines perfectly.

About the lesson

I aim to make each class approachable and comfortable, holding space for anybody that may have a slight interest in learning how to calm their mind and release tension while creating the space to becoming the best version of themselves.
