Dear South Florida, I am a yoga and dance teacher from Kaua’i, Hawai’i. I recently relocated to Lake Worth Beach, Florida and am currently teaching fitness classes from Boca Raton to Wellington. My degree is in modern dance and business. Then, I trained in the world capital of yoga, Rishikesh, India at the Gyan Yog Breath. I teach a traditional Hatha Yoga class, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, guided meditation with visualizations, calming Pranayama breath work, Adult Dance, Kid’s Dance, Stretching, and ballet barre class. I teach both private instruction and group classes. I am CPR certified. I also offer Personal Training, Healthy Cooking Classes, Weight-Loss, Nutrition, Choreography Events, Modern Dance Expression, Healing Singing Sound Bowls, and Emotional Blockage Therapy.
