I am a certified YCB Yoga instructor/ Wellness coach from Ministry of Ayush. I have also done PGDYT (Post graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy). I have more than 3 years of experience in this field with professionals. Better understanding of muscle anatomy and joint functioning.

My way of teaching is as per my students requirements and need for the necessary steps to be taken to heal and improve their overall health and mental status.I have included sukshm and sthula vyayams. Asanas from beginner ms to advanced level. Stretching, and strengthening exercises for muscle build up and meditation for a perfect mind , body coordination.
