About Marta
Hatha yoga teacher with experience in group, individual, face-to-face and online classes. I love sharing my practice helping to let go of the mind for a little while while we connect with the body, creating spaces. I love to see how yoga is different in each person, but it always allows us to find peace and connect with ourselves.

Individual class or up to 3 people of 1 hour to connect with your body and your breath and see what you need at this moment. I prepare the practices according to the needs you have and your objectives. The practice will also be adapted to your body (for example, if you have pain in one shoulder, we will avoid postures that imply shitting weight, or we will adapt the postures to allow us to work it from the care, not on demand).
