About Helen
I am a mum of 3 grown children, who discovered yoga when diagnosed with long covid, and yoga changed my life. Breathwork, the skill to de-stress. Started adding bespoke fitness to my life with HIIT. I retrained as a yoga teacher and turned my life around. I am happier, passionate about helping people stay mobile, independent and proving that illness should never stand in the way of making a better life. I believe anyone of any age can start a fitness journey
