About Sarah
I love my job as a teacher, but sometimes when there are 29 other voices and personalities in the room it can be quite hard to get right down to the small details with students.
With no distractions of others and my undivided attention, I hope to help break down barriers, unpick misconceptions and help develop a deep love and understanding of the best subject there is!

I have a deep passion for Biology and for sharing the wonder of life around us. My students tell me that my lessons are engaging, my explanations clear and my terrible biology puns are actually helpful because they are memorable!
My strengths lie in GCSE Combined and Separate Biology, as well as A level. The AQA spec is what I am most familiar with but I can adapt to suit any UK exam board.
Lessons will be designed around areas that students have identified themselves as areas for improvement or clarification, or from feedback they have received from their own teachers.
Exam technique will also be incorporated through practice questions around these chosen areas of study.
Can also give in depth mock/past paper analysis with the student.
