About Marisa
Hello I am Marisa. I love teaching conversational and functional English. Fifteen years ago, I was approached by one of the pioneers in Spoken English language training institutes in Mumbai. I took up this assignment and was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and efforts of my learners in acquiring this global language. I have helped students understand and use grammar correctly; fine tune and organize their thoughts, build vocabulary, overcome fear of public speaking , give presentations, prepare for IELTS and acquire a global English accent. As I have grown in this field over the years I have also taught students from grades 4 to 11 in English grammar, comprehension and composition.
I am passionate about my work and everyday is a joy and challenge to mentor and guide each student to discover their potential and to go further and higher to reach their goals.
