About Anthony
I began studying music at age 3 and later joined the New Philharmonia Youth Orchestra of Hong Kong, where I met my first professional mentor, Wai Man Wong of the Hong Kong Philharmonic. His guidance inspired me to pursue higher levels of performance. I continued my studies with Tengfei Zhou from Juilliard, earning an LTCL diploma in music performance. After graduating from Trinity College, I performed works such as Bach’s Sonata in G Minor, Franck’s Sonata in A Major, and Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto Op. 64 on various stages. I enjoy exploring diverse musical settings, collaborating with singers, and participating in TV shows. Currently, I perform with the Melbourne Sinfonia Orchestra.

I am passionate about teaching and love seeing my students grow. I understand that not every violin learner aims to become a professional musician, which is why I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s goals and interests. My focus is on helping students build a strong foundation while enjoying the learning process. Some of my students have achieved excellent results in exams and competitions, while others simply enjoy playing their favorite pop or anime songs. No matter your age or musical background, I welcome all music lovers to join me on this journey.
