About Kailash

I'm Kailash, a fitness coach with a unique background. As a 22-year-old software developer and DTU graduate, I apply logic and precision to everything I do, ESPECIALLY FITNESS. With 6 years of deep experience in both calisthenics and weightlifting, I've built a comprehensive system for body recomposition. My mission is to combine my analytical skills with my passion for training to help you achieve your goals faster and more sustainably than you thought possible.

My coaching is built on a foundation of deep personalisation. Our first step isn't a workout; it's a comprehensive assessment. I'll take the time to understand your precise goals (fat loss or muscle gain), calculate your BMI and caloric needs, and—most importantly—consider your lifestyle, schedule, and even your budget for nutrition.

Based on this, I design your unique roadmap to success:

1. Weeks 1-2: The Foundation Phase. We start with an achievable 2-week plan designed to build consistency and confidence.

2. Months 1-3: The Transformation Phase. We then launch into a structured 3-month program, moving from a Consistency Phase (mastering the movements) to a Progressive Overload Phase (systematically building strength and sculpting your physique).

This isn't a quick fix; it's a sustainable strategy for real, lasting results. This class is for any adult, from beginner to advanced, who is serious about achieving their ideal body.
