Hi, I'm Jackie!
I am a professional photographer with over 15 years of experience working as a traveling photojournalist and documentarian. Observing, understanding, and capturing real life is at the core of my work. I am deeply passionate about creating images that feel strong, honest, and impactful photographs that tell a story and hold emotional weight.
My career has taken me across different countries, cultures, and environments, shaping the way I see the world and how I approach visual storytelling. This experience has trained my eye to notice subtle moments, human connection, and the details that give images depth and meaning. I believe powerful photography comes from awareness, patience, and intention as much as technical skill.
My work has been published in outlets including Rolling Stone, High Times, Fortune, and many others. These experiences continue to inform how I teach, combining professional standards with a grounded, real-world perspective.
