My name is Richard Sandoval, I am an IFBB Certified Personal Trainer.
I am certified in sports nutrition, biomechanics, injury prevention and others.
In international institutions: IFBB, FHI, WELLOGI ACADEMY.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: I have 5 years of experience, I have worked in several gyms doing personal training; also generating food plans, I currently perform my work online.

Ha sido super acertado con mi dieta, desde que le envié mis fotos y me dio su diagnostico y me dio la pauta para iniciar este proyecto. Me orienta y esta constantemente ante cualquier inquietud, si algo de la dieta no tengo, me ayuda y guia para reemplazar aquello que no tengo, y en base a la dieta ha sido sencillo ya que te da alternativas. En lo que respecta a los ejercicios, el programa que envía es claro y didáctico.
Lo recomiendo porque tiene buen nivel de enseñanza, mucha sutileza, explica puntualmente cada tema.
Y lo mejor es que me ayuda a seguir, me motiva, me escribe para ver los avances, la alimentación y siempre está apoyándome con cualquier duda que me surja.Lo conocí en el gimnasio, y vi que ejecutaba muy bien los ejercicios y le consulté si daba asesorías y lo contraté, lo recomendaría porque es muy paciente, muy atento a cada repetición y aprendo mucho en cada sesión.
Definitivamente recomendaría a Richard, porque me ha ayudado a mejorar mi fuerza y condición física, además de las guías en la alimentación que me han sido superútiles.
Me ha ayudado no solo a nivel físico, sino también a nivel mental, a fortalecer mi forma de ver las cosas, y mantenerme siempre enfocado, ya vengo llevando 4 meses con Richard y ha sido un gran couch.
