  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    So I was a very thin and skinny boy in my graduation time till 2014-15, I then started to transform my body and from there I got an interest into the health and fitness field and finally this field chose me and I've been working as an Instructor since 2017.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    When I transformed myself; I saw almost every person was dealing with some kind of health goals, I was loving to guide them and was able to earn enough money also; from there I started getting motivated from within and I'm still going on the same way.
  • How does your work help society?

    I found that health and fitness is one of the novelist's fields. We as a Yoga & Fitness Instructor help the people and the society to improve their life, to get a better health and to find a peaceful mind as well. In short we are helping people to achieve all 5 kind of health, that is -
    A - Physical Health
    B - Mental Health
    C - Social Health
    D - Emotional Health
    E - Spiritual Health.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    For the role model, I'll definitely choose my Senior and Friend "Mr. Vijay"; who is also a Personal Trainer & coach. He guided me during my transformation and saw me how we can make a good career in this field by helping others. Since then he's been guiding me in this field wherever I need support or advice.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    I used to sing, play guitar and make music outside my profession.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Recently I shifted my place, so one of my Yoga students refused to take class from anyone else and kept asking when I'm shifting back to the place.
    This happens many times and It feels good of course.
    I've no idea if it is interesting or not but it was a recent incident so I thought I'd share.
