About Revanth
My name is Revanth Mandava. I am a 16-year-old fitness enthusiast who has recently completed my GCSEs and am passionate about helping others achieve their physique and fitness goals.
Over the past 3 years, I have dedicated myself to learning about training, nutrition, and building a physique I am proud of. Having personally experienced the challenges of starting in the gym, I understand the confusion and mistakes many beginners face and aim to help them navigate their own fitness journey.
I have previously helped an individual achieve their fat-loss goals through evidence-based training and nutritional strategies. I also run a small fitness social media channel where I share my passion for training, with the usernames @rmfitness14 on YouTube and @rmfitness123 on TikTok.
Although I am still continuing my own journey and have many goals ahead, my experience, passion, and relatability as a young lifter allow me to connect well with teenagers and beginners entering the gym.

I provide beginner-friendly fitness coaching using evidence-based training principles that I have developed through 3 years of consistent gym experience and extensive reading of fitness literature.
As a 16-year-old who has personally gone through the challenges of starting in the gym, dealing with misinformation online, building confidence, and learning what truly works, I can relate closely to younger trainees and guide them through the same journey.
Lessons typically last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the activity, the trainee’s goals, and the level of support required. I specialise in helping male teenagers and young men who are new to the gym develop proper training technique, understand fundamental nutrition, and create sustainable habits.
Although I do not hold formal fitness qualifications, I have practical experience in training myself and have previously helped an individual achieve their fat-loss goals through structured training and nutritional strategies.
