About Arina
I am a dancer for a very long time and I was an assistant in our dancing club. Then, I was a personal trainer for random people/friends and helping with the food and exercises. I want to suggest aerobics/zumba/meditation classes based on my specific methodology based on psychological communication.

We open our sexuality, mind, everything what was hidden.
I offer classes for every person who needs changes in his life. Exercises, simple conversations and meditations. I offer my help not only personally, but also online and by webinars.
